Whether you are currently in a relationship or preparing for one, as a seeker of spiritual awareness, the experiences in this workshop for reclaiming your true self, and respect, letting go of old emotions, gaining self-awareness, rejuvenating one’s Whole body health, and rebuilding intimacy. Included will be meditation and exercises for couples and tools for those entering a relationship, to enhance communication, deepen healing, and allow the ecstasy of love back in the relationship.

We will guide you into the sensual tantric breath, the chakra system, and the activation of pleasure energy centers in your body, Pranayama (breath work) and body dynamics of sexual tantric positions. Work together with your partner and meet others that share your interest in tantra.
Bring your partner (or find a friend!) to this fun-filled Tantra Workshop. Experience the Jade Lotus Sessions 1 & 2 and be guided by your God or Goddess into the playful art of sensual tantra.
